Is one of our New-Gen VAW which use as a replacementof old stone wheel type.

The wheels are suitable for all new machine types form Germany and Japan.

KMC Structure

Porous Structure

KMC porous structure helps breakage of silicon carbide grains, providing regular breakage which help retain grain’s cutability, which results in easier control of rice quality and increase in throughtput.

KMC Life Time

All of our New-Gen wheels goes through firing process at mot than 1300 celcius until the silicon carbide grains bonded together and provide extra abrasive strenght with high heat resistant.

We guarantee that all of our wheels can provide minimum of 6000 hours of milling time and higher depending on the maintenance.

Physical Properties

1. Size, shape, and angle are very similar to the old type
2. New design internal structure for lighter weight than the old type
3. Many wheels combination; incase of damages, replacement can be made individual

KMV Wheel

Another one of our New-gen VAW for Vietnam machine. KMC discarded the irregular damage on the stone, hence reducing the overall production cost.
